Q. How do I set up AUTOPAY?

A. You can download the automatic payment authorization form below. Please fill out this form and email it to service@fairwayfinancial.com or come by our office during normal business hours.

Q. How do I pay my bill online?

A. You can log into our online payment portal by clicking the “Pay Bill” button located at the top of our website. If you would like to make a partial payment or schedule a one-time payment please call our office at (386)325-5626 during normal business hours.

Q. I cannot pay my bill this week. What should I do?

A. To determine the next course of action please contact our office at (386) 325-5626 during normal business hours. Communication is key!

Q. I contracted COVID-19 and cannot go to work. What should I do?

A. We care about working with our customers during this troubling time. Please contact our office at (386) 325-5626 to determine if you qualify for our COVID relief program. Deferments may be granted based on proof of positive test results and confirmation from your employer.

Q. How can I see my remaining balance?

A. You can log into our online payment portal by clicking the “Pay Bill” button on our website which will allow you to view your current outstanding balance.

Q. How do I receive the title to my car?
A. Once the final payment has been received we will release the title within fifteen days. Please note that you may be required to contact your local DMV or titling authority.
